Terms of Service

If you're unhappy with the product please contact me. I offer a no quibble refund of both purchase price & initial postage if the item is returned to me within 10 days of your receiving it. In the case of damaged or lost items each case will be viewed on its merits, and every assistance will be given in submitting claims to the carrier should that be necessary. I am a reasonable man.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards and PayPal. I operate in New York State and NYS Law dictates that I must collect NYS Sales Tax from NYS residents. My shop is located in the 8% sales tax region. All other states in our great Union are of course tax exempt.
Shipping
Most everything I sell I make upon order. I do have some items in stock for Etsy customers. If you order something that must be made please allow a 3-4 week turn around. I use UPS to ship my packages and Shipping costs are estimates. In order to get accurate shipping info I will need the destination address. I will stand by my estimate even if I have to eat a few dollars. I also package everything I ship myself. When an order is shipped I will contact you via email with a tracking number so that you can track the package as well.

I do have a website www.timberjackswoodshop.com I do accept custom orders. If you would like to discuss custom orders or something from my website store please contact me via email or phone outside of Etsy. It is unethical for me to use them for other business. Contact me through my website please.
Custom orders require payment in full in advance. In some cases (Larger Projects) a 25% deposite may be required.
I will not rush a project for the sake of a sale. If you do not give me ample time to build the item to my specifications and quality and ship it to you then I will decline the order. I won't sell junk.
